SSE awarded the first phase of modernization of the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport

The $1.26-billion expansion project at the Tom Bradley International Terminal is expected to be completed mid-2013 and will add two concourses and nine new gates for the next generation of large commercial planes. It also will add 1 million square feet for ticket counters, security checkpoints, passenger lounges and expanded customs and immigration facilities.

SSE is midway through the completion of project, "City Creek Center" located in downtown Salt Lake City near Temple Square.

The initial contract was priced at $1.5 billion dollars for the reinvention of the Salt Lake City's retail, office and residential space. However, due to structural additions and changes it has now expanded into a project well-over $5 billion dollars and will likely become the largest central city redevelopment in the nation. This project is scheduled to be completed in 2012.

SSE awarded contract to detail the largest privately-funded steel constuction in U.S. history, the Las Vegas CityCenter.

In 2006, Steel Systems Engineering was selected as a primary steel detailer for Project CityCenter in Las Vegas (66,000 tons). At a price tag of over $8.5 billion, CityCenter is the largest privately-financed development in the history of the United States. CityCenter's 66 acres of development will include multiple high-rise hotels, luxury condominiums, high-end retail districts, and a large number of entertainment and dining venues.

SSE is proud to be working alongside some of the world's top design, architectural and construction partners on the project. It is expected to open in 2010.
